| What do you think of the statement: "In your fear is your power" ?.
This sentence in the beginning of Starhawk's book, "The Fifth Sacred Thing," soon to be a movie. This premise is what drives these courageous thrivers in a world gone toxic.
Do you get power through your breath taken in with sun's rays? Each morning the sun peaks through the rhododendron into where I write. Ahhh breath... Yes I Am. I breathe in my power with sage and cedar.
Do I use my fear to guide me; spur me to get off my butt, learn something to be prepared? Or does it paralyze me when I turn shy?

| About to reread that (thank you).
There are plenty of ways to access your power. Fear is one of them. Personally not my favorite, but it's a great motivator.
Fearing that it's going to be cold tonight again, I've got to run out to my garden in a couple hours, and cover it. Or else I'll lose more than just my melons.
