| At present the Unfolding Path is only accepting Seekers in the Southern Colorado and Orlando, FL areas. Our path believes that we need to be "hands on", with in-person contact with our students, thus we do not teach via the internet.
We are also in contact with Draconian covens and teaching groups in New York, Massachusetts, Ohio and Arizona, so we can also put you in touch with groups in those locations.
If you're not local, you are welcome to join our Open Forums to discuss ritual, witchcraft and magick.

| A Seeker is someome who is learning about the Path and finding out whether it is right for you. As with all spiritual and magickal paths, there is no true way to find out if this one is right for you until you immerse yourself in it. As such, the Seeker's level is the beginning level of joining the Circle Unfolding. At Seeker's level you take on no vows except those which enable you to grow and learn about the tradition. You are not bound to Unfolding but may learn its precepts and continue as a Dedicant and Initiate, or find that it is not right for you and move on to other studies and traditions.
To enable potential Seekers to learn about us, we have developed a bi yearly (or so - dependent on energy and interest) day-long Open Seekers class. This class will be open to the public and give a basic understanding into the foundations of our tradition. We will also offer occasional open sabbats and esbats and open-to-the-public magickal classes.
At the moment we are small and having seen what happens when paths grow too quickly, intend to maintain slow and steady growth. We do not at this point feel that teaching via the internet is a viable alternative to the in-person interaction of teacher and student. As much as we dislike turning Seekers away, we presently decline to take long-distance students.
We are located in the Orlando FL and S. Colorado areas, and are open to taking students within driving distance. Please read the minimum requirements below. At present time, the open seekers class will be scheduled on a basis of need and interest, so let us know if you wish to attend. Please contact us if you are interested in attending sabbats or open seekers classes.
Once we have set a date for that, we will invite you to our Open Seeker's Class and potentially to interviews for the Seeker's Classes. Seeker's Classes themselves, are intended to encompass approximately 6 months of study, however this time may extend depending on scheduling.
Note that our S. Colorado teacher is not performing open sabbats at this point, however may consider that upon request.

| Minimum requirements for Seekers:
Although we attempt to view each person as an individual, we have found certain minimal requirements to be accepted as a Seeker with the Unfolding Path. Please note that these are minimum requirements. Fulfilling them does not automatically qualify someone for Unfolding membership.
* Must be within driving distance of Orlando, FL or Walsenburg, CO. (You decide how far "driving distance" is based on your own energy and transportation).
* Must be at least 18 years of age. (Sorry, but it is illegal for us to take on minors, much as we might wish to do so.)
* Should be certain that a pagan path is appropriate to them. (The Unfolding Path is a tradition geared toward those who already have a strong foundation in pagan paths. As much as we'd love to help outright newbies, we truly feel that we would serve you best by allowing you some time to grow and solidify your journey on the path of paganism and magickal study before we take on your teaching. Obviously there is no way to know whether Unfolding works for you until you've worked in it, however you should at least have some idea that paganism is right for you.)
* Must have attended at least 3 circles (sabbats, esbats or other open workings) with the Circle Unfolding. (This requirement allows you to decide whether our flavor of magick and ritual works for you and also lets us get to know you personally. Please note that you can still request on our Seeker Application thread if you haven't met this requirement yet. If we are considering your application, we will help you work toward this requirement by providing opportunities.
